Phew!! It took 3 months to live a so called 'normal' life at the U.S. The word 'normal' that I mean is really different.
'Normal life' from the U.S. perspective is to sleep as late as 3 a.m. in the morning, get up as early as possible, to contribute your maximum work at your work place, attend classes without sleeping :) , finish your never-ever attempted assignments/homework on time, trying hard to make(the word cook is not appropriate lol) food that is edible, and at last if you find time relax!!! Yes! The words "normal life" is very difficult out here(atleast for me).
I am proud that it took only 3 months to slightly adapt to these changes, because all these years, I had never did atleast 1% of what I had said above.
1. I have never slept late for studying. Whenever I slept late, its because of Counter Strike, nite shows or a Cricket match!!
2. I get up early in the morning only once in a year - Diwali!!!
3. Workplace??!! The only place we know in our college days was PCG(Perungalathur cricket ground) and VFG (Vandalur football ground) lolz...
4. Attending classes - that is supposed to be one of the toughest jobs. Attending classes without sleeping or teasing teachers is greater than or equal to being in hell. [Here nobody opens their mouth in the class. It doesnt give the feeling of a CLASSROOM!!]
5. The easiest and the most interesting thing to do at our B.E. was assignments. Its all about making girls write for you for a munch. And if they negotiate, its pretty more interesting, remove the first paper of their assignment and insert a very neat paper with your name on it. This was the definition of assignment. But now it has totally changed :(
6. Eating food. Its a little ironical in my case. At India, I used to eat out almost everyday (spoiled by my frenz lol) even if my mom keeps on telling "eat at home" atleast 100 times a day. I missed those delicious food. Now I am tasting food which would give an impression that "poison" would taste better :(
I actually thought of writing something and ended up in actually writing some other thing. I will learn to become a good blogger soon!!!
